By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived cannabinoid products in your jurisdiction. Xtono Hemp Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Products & Compliance

All products sold by Xtono Hemp Co. are derived from federally compliant industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) containing no more than 0.3% Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "Farm Bill"). Products are intended for wholesale and commercial use only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and resale of hemp-derived cannabinoid products is lawful in their state, county, and municipality prior to placing an order. Laws vary significantly by jurisdiction and change frequently.

4. Wholesale Orders & Minimum Quantities

Xtono Hemp Co. operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Minimum order quantities apply as displayed on the product listings. All sales are final once payment is confirmed. By placing an order, you represent that you are a licensed business or reseller and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the resale of hemp products.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Xtono Hemp Co. to charge the full order amount. In the event of a pricing error, Xtono Hemp Co. reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order and notify you promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Xtono Hemp Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Xtono Hemp Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk hemp products, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only in the case of a verified product defect or shipping error. To initiate a return claim, contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Xtono Hemp Co. provides third-party lab Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products. COAs are batch-specific and reflect the results of the tested batch. Individual units may vary slightly. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and independent testing as required by their applicable regulations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as is" and "as available." Xtono Hemp Co. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xtono Hemp Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
